The Problem

The busy manager, when trying to recruit without using an expensive agency, can often find themselves swamped with applications. They get inundated with CVs and covering letters and it can take a long time to sift through these effectively.

Even when they find the time to sit down and sift through their applications, they find it very difficult to tell from a CV who has the necessary personality and skills to really fit the position.

Our Solution

We have built an online platform that takes the user through each step of the recruitment process. Each feature we have included is designed for its ease of use and it’s ability to speed up the recruitment process. Candidates can be tested for key skills, and the arduous process of conducting first round phone interviews can be replaced by the automated video interview.
